Live Happy Lane Winery partners with Winecub to fulfill and ship wine orders in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. This Shipping Policy explains how and when wine orders — including Wine Club shipments — are shipped.
Shipping Eligibility & Legal Compliance
Wine shipments are subject to state and federal alcohol shipping regulations.

Once an order is transferred to Winecub for fulfillment, shipping timelines and delivery requirements are subject to carrier policies.
Wine Club Shipping (Pickup Fallback)
Wine Club members are invited to pick up their wines during designated pickup windows at the winery.
If wine is not picked up during the pickup window, it will be shipped automatically to the shipping address on file.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after fulfillment begins

Wine shipments may be held to avoid extreme heat or freezing temperatures when necessary to protect wine quality.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to:

Incorrect or outdated address
The carrier may return the shipment or hold it at a local facility.
Additional fees may apply for reshipment. Live Happy Lane Winery is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by failed delivery attempts.
Address Accuracy
Members and customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address.
Address updates must be completed before shipment processing begins.
Live Happy Lane Winery is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your wine arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with Winecub and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue when possible.
Weather Holds
To protect wine quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. Weather holds are applied at our discretion and are intended to ensure your wine arrives in good condition.
