This small - 42 case- batch of hand-crafted wine was fermented and barrel aged on the lees for 30 months in French oak. Complex and elegant, this luscious, full-bodied wine is rich in texture and structure that emphasizes the minerality, while subtle layers of floral aromatics, stone fruit, buttery baked apple, honey and a delicate hint of spice, round out it’s velvety finish.
